Summer of Code final project

GeneQuad, an automatic way to describe genes based on their GeneRif (Gene Reference into function) is available through a rails web application, in the following address:

The other project, GenDex is also available.
Both of them are intended to be useful in cancer research field as well as bio-informatics.
